I figure at the time she released ‘Bright Lights’, I was well and truly going through an indie boyband phase, and was therefore wholly disinterested in any music produced by a blonde-haired ingenue with a glittery album cover. </p> <p>Anyways, ‘Halcyon’ is probably my favourite album of 2012, after Jessie Ware’s ‘Devotion’ which is the best record ever (x a million billion).
